A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar, had issued a notice to Rehman for his contemptuous statements made outside the Supreme Court.
When Rehman appeared before the apex court on Thursday, the top judge remarked that the chief executive and his channel should be careful in matters related to the judicial institution.
