Pishin DC vows to ensure peace during elections
Badeni says Levies personnel and police officers will be ready 24/7 to handle any untoward incident

Deputy Commissioner Aurangzeb Badeni has said that no stone will be left unturned in conducting peaceful general elections.
“All resources will be utilised in creating a peaceful environment,” said the Pishin DC while addressing a conference on general elections on Sunday.
He said, “Making elections transparent and ensuring peace in the district is our prime responsibility.”

He further said that strict security measures would be taken at the polling station.
“No interference will be tolerated during elections,” said Badeni, adding that peace would be ensured in the district at all costs.
“Strict action will be taken against enemy forces. Levies personnel and police officers will be ready 24/7 to handle any untoward incident,” he added.
He said that free and fair elections was their responsibility and urged all concerned to fulfil their responsibilities with honesty. He requested the people of the district to cooperate with the government.
