With much of the procedural shortcomings, like provision of CNICs to women who would have been registered voters otherwise to expats not given the right to vote, successful execution of elections in the country will be a huge step for the election commission. Especially in times when there are reports of possible danger of interference from unidentified elements.
It is hoped that Pakistan will once again witness a smooth transition of power.
