“The BNP-M has formed an electoral alliance with the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) in Khuzdar just to reach the assembly, while they do not have any intentions to end the plight of the people of the area,” said the former chief minister while addressing a news conference in Khuzdar on Thursday.

He was flanked by National Party (NP) candidate Sardar Aslam Bizenjo, who is contesting election from Naal/Khuzdar’s PB-39.
Zehri urged the Mengal tribe to elect representatives who really care for the people of Wadh.
He said, “The city has produced many distinguished Sardars but still the city and its people are deprived of basic facilities.
“People of Balochistan should oust politicians calling themselves nationalists, but seek to reach in the assembly with the help of the establishment.”

Zehri slammed the role of Mengal in toppling the PML-N government in Balochistan and said, “After Quddus Bizenjo, Mengal was the 2nd signatory to the no-confidence motion against our government.”
The former CM said, “Today they have been claiming of being democratic but they were part of an undemocratic move which derailed an elected government.”
He said JUI-F was enjoying four ministries in the Centre and in Balochistan. They were pretending to be in the opposition, but when Quddus Bizenjo called them for an undemocratic move, JUI-F and Mengal were the first ones who supported him.

He urged the people of Balochistan to stand steadfast against such leaders who stoke ethnic hatred.
Zehri is contesting the general election on the PML-N ticket for PB-38 and NA-269 seats.
