Cultural carnival to be held at PNCA

ISLAMABAD: Sakafat and Rural Support Programme Network (RSPN) will organise a colourful carnival, celebrating culture on June 24, at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA). The carnival will be titled “Sakafat Success Mela.”Head of Sakafat Dr Memoona Khayal has stated that various colorful cultural activities will be arranged during the carnival.

She added that an exhibition will also be arranged along with an array of cultural displays, theatre and a collection of colourful performances and women empowerment seminars showcasing their achievements and success.

Moreover Dr Memoona informed that a concert by Bakhshi brothers will also be a part of the cultural performances. The event will be supported by the European Union. This step toward cultural and economic development will be thoroughly celebrated during this Mela.
