According to police, Waseem, a barber by profession, had two wives and three children and was living in the village Jatial in the same house.
On Thursday afternoon some unknown assailants entered his house and using some sharp weapon slaughtered his two wives named Alishba and Naila and three children namely Hassan, Kashan and Usman aged two to six years and managed to escape from the crime scene. According to the police, Waseem hailed from Karachi and was settled in Jatial. Police shifted the dead bodies to the hospital, collected evidence and are continuing the investigation.
Meanwhile in separate cases, people were deprived of cell phones and motorbikes. Syed Moosa Raza told the Westridge police that armed robbers took his cash.
