Scholars, government officials and people from all walks of life participated in the seminar. Addressing the seminar, District Headquarter Hospital Medical Officer Dr Nawab Shah called TB a fatal disease and urged participants to spread awareness among the masses about preventive measures against the disease. He urged scholars and local people to play their part in helping the masses learn more about the disease so that the goal to declare Diamer a TB-free district could be accomplished.
