According to details, Eid holidays will start from June 15. A notification issued by the concerned ministry confirms holidays from Friday (June 15) to Monday (June 18).

Most countries began the holy month of Ramazan in sync on May 17. The Meteorological Department anticipates the Shawwal moon to be sighted on June 14. Multiple parts of the country, however, may witness clouds and mist.

Last week, the Met Department predicted Eid on June 16. Talking to The Express Tribune, an official said there were slim chances of the Shawwal moon being sighted on the evening of June 14. Therefore, there is a high chance of Ramazan lasting 30 days and Eid being marked on June 16 nationwide. In case the estimation proves inaccurate, Eid may be celebrated on June 15.
