13-year-old boy sexually abused in Mianwali

Police have registered case against the culprit

MIANWALI: A 13-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted in Mianwali on Wednesday.

The police told Express News that HK* lodged a complaint at the police station in which he stated that his brother, a student of Grade 5, went to Pai Khel station to buy grocery items.

However, he did not return home. The father added that he went looking for the boy after some time.

He stated that he heard screams coming from the fields when he neared Pai Khel Canal Bridge. “When I got closer, I saw Ziaullah sexually abusing my brother.” He said the accused fled the area.

The victim’s brother alleged that the suspect abducted his brother and then raped him. The police have registered a case against the accused and started an investigation.

Earlier, an eight-year-old madrassa student was sexually abused by two influential men in Rahim Yar Khan’s Shedani Sharif area.

A police official said that the boy, a resident of Fazalabad, was on his way to the madrassa when accused Sohail and Naeem abducted him and took him to a campsite. The accused allegedly sexually assaulted the victim and fled the scene after committing the offence.
