HYDERABAD:
The Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) started an operation to recover more than Rs14 million from nearly 1,000 defaulters on Friday. The action is being taken after the residents of 30 buildings failed to pay their dues even though they were issued final notices. Wasa claimed that their teams would first visit the defaulters but if the bills were not paid, action would be taken under the Land Revenue Act.
