Earlier, the newly-wed actor explained that people just like to troll Swara because she has strong opinions. "I guess that shows how much they love her because the other side of hate is always love," she added.
Speaking of the ban of Veere Di Wedding in Pakistan, Swara previously called Pakistan a "failing, non-secular state". The actor received a lot of hate for her statements and was called a hypocrite. In India, viewers of the film called her out for her 'daring' scene.
