Is this shoddy journalism or just routine phrases to fill the space? Whenever there is news of a big wig visiting any facility he is reported to give directions for the improvement. Is it always that a team of idiots design and implement these mega projects? Why are they paid enormous amounts for numerous years when this visiting big could have done it all by himself?
