Reham Khan alleged in a series of tweets on Saturday that actor-anchor and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supporter Hamza Ali Abbasi has been threatening her since August 2017.

Reham, ex-wife of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, is expected to launch her debut book before the upcoming general elections, Express News reported. The book will not only shed light on her personal experiences but is also expected to make many ‘revelations’.

Abbasi on Friday tweeted that he had the “very unfortunate experience of reading a manuscript of Reham Khan’s book”.

In response, Reham wondered how it was possible for Abbasi to read the manuscript since the book was not released yet. “Only possible through fraud or theft,” she added.

The former BBC weather presenter then alleged that Abbasi has been threatening her since August 2017.

She followed the allegations with a screenshot of an email conversation between her and the actor.

The actor has yet to respond to Reham’s allegations.

In February, Reham had left the country after ‘receiving threats’. Only a day before leaving the country, she had said that she would finally break her silence on ‘certain matters’.
