‘Development projects completed’

Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurates cardiac centre at Bahawal Victoria Hospital

BAHAWALPUR: Development projects worth billions of rupees have been completed in Bahawalpur, in order to provide citizens with quality medical facilities and other services, said Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday. He expressed these views while inaugurating the cardiac centre at Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH) on Wednesday. My presence on the last day of my government reaffirms my dedication to this part of the country, he stated. Initiating an international standard health project for the people of Bahawalpur on this memorable day has given me great joy, he added. The government has spent Rs600 million on a kidney centre, Rs1.7 billion on the cardiac centre, and Rs279 million rupees on the intensive care unit at BVH.
