ISLAMABAD: According to a report by the country’s Meteorological Department, the past month of March of the current year was the third-hottest month as per the various temperatures recorded all over the world. This is alarming as severe water shortage for irrigational purposes has already been predicted for the coming sowing season. However, the government’s attitude is disappointing as ever as it stays least bothered to avert the crisis situation.
