Criminals held, narcotics seized
13 cases were registered against drug dealers and 24 kilogrammes of hashish were confiscated from them

The Saddar police station arrested several criminals and seized a huge quantity of narcotics and liquor during a crackdown over the past three months. Station House Officer Sajjad Sindhoo said that in the last three months, 13 cases were registered against drug dealers and 24 kilogrammes of hashish were confiscated from them. In addition to this, 13 criminals were also apprehended. Similarly, eight cases were registered while 16 criminals were arrested for the possession of liquor, he added. He maintained that four gambling dens were also sealed in Quaid-e-Azam Colony, while nine cases were registered against individuals in possession of illegal weapons.
