HYDERABAD: The charge sheet presented by the police in the Naqeebullah murder case has declared SSP Rao Anwar the main responsible for the killing and staging the incident as a ‘police encounter’. However, where court proceedings and the verdict that will follow are still awaited, the court must also make sure that no political cover or protection is provided to the culprit and that justice is served.
