Fata health services department launches an anti leishmania drive in Khyber and Bajaur agencies

SHABQADAR: A total of 309 leishmania patients have been treated so far in Mohmand Agency while Mohmand administration has requested the provincial government for more vaccine. Meanwhile, Fata health services department launched an anti leishmania drive in Khyber and Bajaur agencies to stop the epidemic from spreading. Political administration Mohmand in a press release have said it has launched the anti leishmaniasis drive in Mohmand last week after getting 250 vials received from Fata health secretariat as the local health department have no such vaccine to cure the disease.
