MELBOURNE: Cricket Australia (CA) will offer minority ownership to private investors in one Sydney team and one Melbourne outfit in the revamped eight-team Twenty20 Big Bash League, which begins next summer. Cricket Australia chief James Sutherland has said that the sales will only be made if they fulfill conditions. “It’ll be subject to terms and conditions we’re satisfied with,” said Sutherland. “We’re not going to sell at any cost, but we’re going to go to the market over the coming months. We believe it’s appropriate to put our toe in the water.”
