Two suicide vests along with five grenades, two pistols, 106 rounds of ammunition, ball bearings and fuses were recovered from the site.
The jackets, weighing six to eight kilograms each, were defused by the bomb disposal squad, said police officials.

Security forces in recent months have stepped up efforts to crack down on anti-state forces and illegal weaponry after a new internal security operation, Operation Radd-ul-fasaad, was launched by the Pakistan Army, involving all branches of the state's law enforcement.
Operation Radd-ul-fasaad was launched after a series of deadly bombings across the country which killed over 100 people in February 2017. This is the 11th military operation launched in the country since 2007 when the country adopted a comprehensive strategy to deal with terrorism.
