PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) National Assembly member Siraj Mohammad Khan on Wednesday joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) after a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister and Pakistan and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif in Peshawar.

Sharif met party leaders at the residence of PML-N Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa President Amir Muqam upon his arrival in the provincial capital.

“I announce I am joining PML-N,” Siraj Mohammad Khan said while addressing the PML-N convention in the provincial capital. He stated that there was nothing genuine about PTI.

“At night, they decided to vote for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), but the next morning they started cursing PPP,” he said.

He said that the people with a sound mind will never stay in a ‘dance party’ like PTI, adding that he was leaving because he ‘doesn’t know how to dance.’

“Part ways with those who have destroyed the province,” he said, adding, “they sleep intoxicated…wake up intoxicated…and have handed the province over to contractors.”
