Terrorists were apprehended in Kurram Agency in an Intelligence-based operation (IBO) carried out by security forces along with intelligence agency on Tuesday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
“Huge quantity of arms and ammunition, explosives, bombs, IEDs and landmines were recovered from an underground dugout,” the military’s media wing added.
The raid focused on three major terrorist activities that were carried out in Parachinar including suicide bombings, vehicle-borne IEDs and IED attacks.

Militants interrogated revealed that the network was involved smuggling weapons, ammunition, explosives in Kurram Agency.
Previously, the Frontier Corps conducted an operation on March 7 in Kohlu, Balochistan and recovered arms and ammunition.
