Rekha reunites with Dharmendra for upcoming venture

The Bollywood diva will be reportedly rapping in the film

The three men from the Deol family - Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby - are all set to reunite for their upcoming film, Yamla Pagla Deewana 3, reported Pinkvilla.

Earlier reports suggested that Salman Khan, Shatrughan Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha and Rekha will be making special appearances. It was also stated that Rekha would be recreating Rafta Rafta Dekho Aankh Meri Ladi Hai and O Mere Sona Re. However, in recent development, the 63-year-old actor will be rapping the lines from the songs.

In regards to Salman's cameo, a source revealed, "Salman is very close to Dharmendra and the two meet often. When the idea to have Salman on board was pitched, the Dabangg actor instantly agreed."

The song will feature the father-son trio along with Salman and is likely to be rolled out during the credits of the film.


The first Yamla Pagla Deewana was released in 2011 and proved to be a hit. The sequel came out in 2013 and did a decent job at the box office as well.
