Flood Rehabilitation: 200 houses donated

Kashf Foundation managing director Roshaneh Zafar has handed over keys of 200 newly-constructed houses.

MULTAN: Kashf Foundation managing director Roshaneh Zafar has handed over keys of 200 newly-constructed houses among women whose houses had been demolished in the last summer’s flood in Muzaffargarh district.

In a press release issued on Wednesday, Zafar said 170 more houses would be built and donated among affected families in the third phase of her organisation’s rehabilitation work.

She said they had donated 114 houses in the first phase. The houses were built in 10 villages of Manah union council: Qazi Wala, Kumharaan Wala, Deenay Wala, Arain Wala, Korai Wala, Jando Wala, Sair Wala, Faqeeray Wala, Sunehray Wala Chokha, and Bakha.
