Corruption: ACE catches small fry

Catch suspects while taking bribe amounting to Rs10,000 from a citizen Mirza Zulfiqar

JHELUM: In a sting operation, Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Rawalpindi Region arrested on Tuesday a senior clerk Abbas Shah and Assistant of District Council Jehlum, Mahsoom Rizvi, for allegedly taking bribe.

On the directive of ACE Rawalpindi Region Director Arif Raheem, Jhelum Circle Officer Mumtaz Ahmed conducted a raid and caught the suspects while taking bribe amounting to Rs10,000 from a citizen Mirza Zulfiqar.
