Former MNA Ahmed Raza Maneka announced quitting PTI during a press conference on Saturday.
“Many political parties are in contact with me as I bid farewell to PTI,” he said during a press conference.
Maneka was a member of PTI’s central executive committee and served as the president of PTI’s Pakpattan district.

The ex-MNA claimed PTI chairman Imran Khan never really gave time to local leaders during his visits to Pakpattan.
He said that other local leaders of the parties have also decided to resign from the party.
Former MPA Wajihuz Zaman also announced to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) on Saturday as the party chief Chaudhry Shujaat and Tariq Bashir Cheema welcomed him at his residence in Islamabad.

Zaman was elected as the MPA from Mansehra for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) but later decided to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He said that the reason behind quitting the parties was only because he was never given the opportunity to prove himself in PML-N and PTI while people like Aamir Liaquat were joining PTI.
