Sohai Ali Abro is breaking many stereotypes in 'Motorcycle Girl' trailer
The film also stars Samina Peerzada, Ali Kazmi in titular roles as well
Sohai Ali Abro is making her big screen comeback as Zenith Irfan in the upcoming biopic Motorcycle Girl.
The trailer of the film just released and it has taken our breath away! Sohai makes a very convincing 20-year-old, whose father's passing has impacted her life in a massive way.
The two minute trailer starts with a rather disinterested Sohai being set up on a date for an arranged marriage with a guy played by Ali Kazmi.
However, she has just one thought in her mind: fulfilling her father's dreams. More specifically, to fulfill her father's wish to travel to Khanjerab (Pak-China border) on his motorcycle.
Sohai is then seen suffering in her day to day commute and ultimately depending on a motorcycle to take her out of this daily mess as riding on it becomes more of a hobby.
She is asked to abandon her rideby her employer, played by Sarmad Khoosat. "We're a part of the society. And we have to work according to the norms of this society," Sarmad asserts as he tells Sohai to arrange some other way to commute to work.
Not paying heed to others' suggestions, Sohai starts her father's motorcycle and heads towards his dream destination.
With breathtaking sceneries and awe-inspiring locales, Motorcycle Girl looks absolutely brilliant!
As the trailer comes to an end, we see Ali and his supposed wife engaged in a heated conversation and a battered Sohai, giving us hints that the film might address the issues of domestic abuse as well.
We can't wait for this one!
