The controversy started last week when the couple's On the Run II tour was announced on social media.
Kim Kardashian's recent 'Vogue India' cover faces extreme backlash
On March 12, Beyoncé shared a promotional photo for the tour on Instagram which shows the Halo singer sat on the back of a motorcycle that Jay-Z is riding.
Many users compared the picture to Kanye and Kim's shots in the Bound 2 music video. Released in 2013, the video shows Kanye and Kim also cosying up on a motorcycle.
"Kanye and Kim," one commenter wrote on the picture. While another Instagram user replied, "Kanye asked for his idea back. Kanye and Kim did a music video like this already."

In response to the tour's promotional video, which also shows Jay Z and Beyonce on the motorcycle together, one Twitter user asked the latter's followers, "Why does it look like Jay Z & Beyoncé are about to drop a country version of Bound 2?"
