LAHORE: The warm welcome given by Imran Khan to Amir Liaquat Hussain upon his joining the PTI is a blow to the liberal population of the country that had supported Imran through thick and thin. It is no secret that the infamous anchor holds regressive opinions but he also often intentionally misconstrues facts to suit his own narrative. Alliance of such a person with a party that many think will help change the course of the country is a step backwards that could perhaps be costly for the PTI in future.
