Amir will be Karachi’s fourth captain in the tournament, with England skipper Eoin Morgan also leading the line in Imad’s absence in the last couple of games.

The news will come as a blow to many Karachi fans as they had been hoping their two frontline spinners will be available for the game.

Karachi have had terrible luck with their skippers in previous editions as well, with former skipper Shoaib Malik once resigning in the middle of a campaign.

Rafique Khan | 6 years ago | Reply Before the match Karachi Kings declared themselves looser of the 2nd eliminator in Lahore. Muhammad Amir is totally failure bowler now he is not fast and strike bowler in Pakistan. Due to Muhammad Amir bowling Karachi Kings lost so many matches. He never gives early wickets to his team but when opponent batsmen brutally treated Amir then Amir losses his line and length. Afridi is always unable to take the pressure of big matches and he himself unfit for matches.
