On behalf of Nawaz and PML-N leaders, I would like to thank everyone for selecting me and accepting me. I thank everyone with all my heart. I pay homage to all of my party workers. Today’s not the day day to congratulate everyone but to mourn over Nawaz's disqualification and it breaks our heart, however, justice will be served one day."

For PML-N, 7 is an unlucky number

“You see Punjab, and you see the other provinces, can you say they worked as hard as we did,” he questioned.

“You are witness to when I say I have no selfish reasons to this, but I am looking out for you, our future generations. If I am to suffer for the country, I will not do it for personal gains, but for the masses,” he said.
