Quetta accountability court sends two behind bars for 8 years in housing scam
The accused would receive handsome amount from local people but wouldn't handover the piece of land as agreed

The accountability court of Quetta awarded on Monday five years of imprisonment to the main accused and the three years to the co-accused in the housing scam case.
The court sent Syed Mohsin Ali behind bars for five years and Rohi Mohammad Achakzai three years for initiating fake Gulshan Hasan Housing Scheme.
Following the investigations conducted by National Accountability Bureau (NAB), accountability court judge Majid Naseer fined Syed Mohsin Ali also imposed fine of Rs9.2 million and Rs 0.9 million on Ali and Achakzai respectively.
After establishing the scheme, the accused would receive handsome amount from local people but wouldn't handover the piece of land as agreed.
Subsequently, NAB Balochistan initiated probe into the scheme and filed reference in the accountability court.
