UN plans to deliver aid to Syria's Ghouta on Monday

The convoy - a joint operation between the ICRC, the Syrian Red Crescent and the United Nations - consisted of 46 trucks, the ICRC communications chief in Syria, Pawel Krzysiek, said in a separate tweet.
