Three killed in road accident in Balochistan
Levies officials said that a Karachi-bound passenger coach coming from Quetta collided with a truck loaded with fruit, some 20km from Uthal Town, killing six people, including three women and a child. Twenty persons travelling in the coach and the truck received injuries.
Deputy Commissioner Lasbela, Shabbir Mengal rushed to the site along with security personnel and rescue teams and shifted the bodies and injured to the district hospital. The seriously injured, including women and children, were referred to hospitals in Karachi.
11 killed in Chagai accident
In another incident, five persons were seriously injured after a passenger bus and a wagon collided in the same Zero Point area. The bus was on its way to Karachi from Lakhara, while the wagon was on its way to Khuzdar from Hub. The injured were shifted to district hospital Uthal.
