This will reflect upon the incompetence and failure of the state of Pakistan that has failed to do the same
KARACHI: The news of Chinese officials negotiating with Baloch militants recently reported is indicating of the extent to which China is going to secure its multibillion-dollar project. Previously, there was news of use of the Chinese currency in the CPEC and Gwadar zone. Even if the talks between the two prove to be successful, this will reflect upon the incompetence and failure of the state of Pakistan that has failed to do the same.
Moreover, if the Chinese succeed in convincing the Baloch militants they would gain hegemony over the state of Pakistan as it is likely that the militant groups would in future look towards China for mediation talks instead of the state of Pakistan.
