Efforts to recover missing money, people have been accelerated since both issues gravely impact those affected by them.
This was stated by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (retired) Javed Iqbal in a statement on Saturday.
The NAB chief also heads the National Commission on Missing Persons.
Being head of the commission, Justice Iqbal has helped recover more than 2,800 people and returned them to their families.
After assuming charge as NAB chief, he has not only helped recover money which has gone missing from government and non-government organisations but also continued his duty to recover people who have gone missing from their homes and has accelerated the processes.
