An investigator told The Express Tribune that the allegations that he being the secretary to the project director of Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC) at that time had played a role in the cancellation of bid a company to favour another company.
Later, he was handed over a questioner to be submitted before the NAB within the three days. The NAB had launched investigations into Ashiyana-e-Iqbal Housing Society Scheme case in November 2017.
In 2014, a large number of people had conducted a press conference and also staged a protest outside Lahore Press Club (LPC) against Paragon Housing Society - a housing society owned by a federal minister of the ruling party of scam worth billions of rupees.
