Three killed in road accident in Balochistan

Incident occurred when a truck collided with a car on main RCD Highway

QUETTA: Three passengers lost their lives and as many were injured in a road accident on main RCD Highway of Lasbela district on Saturday.

According to Balochistan Levies officials, the sad incident occurred on RCD Highway when a truck collided with a car.  Three persons died on the spot while three others, including the truck driver, sustained serious injuries.

After the incident, Balochistan Levies and rescue workers reached the site and shifted the bodies and the injured to District Headquarters Hospital Uthal for treatment.

According to hospital sources, the injured were referred to Karachi after initial treatment.

All the deceased were Christians and residents of Karachi, while the injured were residents of Lasbela district. The Levies force has lodged a case.
