Reports of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan's ill-health have been doing rounds for a while now, The Economic Times reported on Friday evening.

According to latest reports, the heart-throb has been admitted to  Mumbai's Lilavati hospital.

Bachchan, 75, has reportedly been suffering from a gastrointestinal problem and complaining of pain in neck and spine and undergoing a checkup.

The veteran actor is likely to undergo endoscopy before being discharged from the hospital, sources said.

Big B was admitted at around 6.30pm (Indian time) and a team of doctors have been examining his health. His immediate family members are reportedly present.

Bachchan had also suffered a shoulder injury recently owing to which he skipped the birthday celebrations of his son Abhishek in Australia.

On the work front, the trailer of his latest movie 102 Not Out released on Friday (today) which also stars Rishi Kapoor in lead role. The duo will be reuniting after 27 years.
