Weather turns chilly after rain, snowfall in Quetta

The city may also experience a low temperature of 13.5 degrees Celsius today.

According to the Met office, Quetta, Makran and Kalat division may also experience rainfall.

On Sunday, the Met office predicts "rain (with snowfall over the hills)  at scattered places in K-P, FATA, Upper Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Kalat divisions and southern Punjab."

After a gap of several years, major parts of Pakistan received simultaneous winter showers in December last year. According to the Met department, yearly data showed that 2017's December was the wettest since 2012.
