RAWALPINDI:
The first phase of verifying voters for the general election in the Rawalpindi district is expected to be completed by February 8.
According to the Rawalpindi District Election Commissioner office, officials are checking the number of people got their first Computerised National Identity Cards (NIC) and those voters who had passed away since the last verification drive. Officials added that every effort was being made to complete all phases of the process by April 30.
