Kidnappings: 5 women abducted in 24 hours

Three of the girls are teenagers.

FAISALABAD: Five young girls were kidnapped from various parts of the district during the past 24 hours.

According to the police record, Dilawar Masih and his friend abducted a 15-year-old girl from her house in Hasanpura and disappeared from the scene.

In another case, Muhammad Asif, along with his three companions, kidnapped a girl from Chak No109-RB and escaped the scene. Likewise, a 19-year-old girl was abducted by unknown people while she was returning to her house in Saeedabad.

In yet another case, unknown persons kidnapped an 18-year-old girl from Makki Market Rail Bazaar. Police officials have registered separate cases against the accused and started an investigation.
