CCTV footage shows infant being abducted from a hospital in Faisalabad

An infant girl was reported missing from the same hospital earlier

A CCTV footage has surfaced on Saturday in which a newborn is seen being abducted from a hospital in Faisalabad, according to Express News.

A five-day-old female infant was kidnapped from the Allied Hospital children's ward.

Local police have launched an investigation into the incident.

The medical care unit authorities said that a woman from Langarana had given birth to a twins, out of which one was a boy and the other was a girl.



Consequently, the baby girl had gone missing and it was believed that the she had been abducted.

In the wake of the incident, the CCTV footage emerged showing a woman carrying an infant out of the hospital premises.
