MSS | 6 years ago | Reply It is imperative that the accused is not tried by media or courts do not feel pressured by political entities. Only the real culprit should be convicted based on forensic evidence and not based on confessions obtained by police after severe torture. Hanging, public or in jail is not the answer. Mass education, open discussion of this taboo subject and parental awareness will reduce such incidents. This issue must not be allowed to disappear from public discourse once this case is over. People should keep politicians and the police under constant pressure and also take their own child care responsibilities very seriously. You cannot simply dump all ills of society on the doors of police, schools or individuals. Children must be protected at all costs.
