Best dressed at Filmfare Awards 2018

KARACHI: Celebrities put their best foot forward at one of the most glamorous events in Bollywood. From yesteryear actors such as Rekha to millennial beauties such as Sonam Kapoor to up-and-coming stars such as Zaira Wasim, the evening saw B-town divas dressed to the nines. Here’s who made the cut for best dressed!

She looked every bit khoobsurat in a stunning black Vera Wang outfit. The actor was clad in an off-shoulder corset-styled top, paired with knee-high pants. Hands down, a delightful break from the plethora of gowns that dominated the evening. She layered the outfit with a waist-length coat. Bollywood’s leading fashionista completed her outfit with gold earrings and an Elie Saab clutch.

The actor chose to keep it muted at the red carpet this time. She opted for a figure-hugging gown with ruffle detailing around the sleeves. Stylist Ami Patel accessorised the ensemble with a pair of pearl earrings. Nude-toned make-up and sleek hair added to the finishing touches.

The Ishaqzaade star looked splendid in a silver and black embellished gown from Kujta and Meri’s latest collection. Cinched at her waist, the belt added a fairytale feel to her dress. The actor rounded off her look with a sleek side-parting and oversized earrings.
