LAHORE: A writ petition was filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking direction to the parliamentarians for legislating to include judges and generals in the net of accountability as every citizen was equal in constitutional eye. The petition was filed through senior advocate AK Dogar who contended that under article 25 of the constitution all citizens were equal and no one could be dealt with discriminatory treatment. He implored that the accountability can be ensured to every citizen on the same basis if all citizens were equal under constitution.
