Five militants killed in police encounter at Super Highway

None of the police officials killed or injured

Five militants were killed in a police encounter at the Super Highway on Saturday.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSPMalir Rao Anwar, police officials, acting on a tip-off, conducted a raid in Ayub Goth located on the Super Highway, Express News reported.

During the raid, an exchange of fire took place between the police officials and the militants. As a result of which five militants were killed, however, none of the police officials were killed or injured, the SSP said.

Police continues to carry out a search operation in the area.

SSP Rao Anwar has killed dozens of suspected militants during the operation in Super Highway and its adjoining area.

Shamshair Baloch | 6 years ago | Reply Yes, no need of arresting or investigating about those indian terrorists who killed 3000 policemen and security personal in Karachi, but we should investigate when any indian terrorist is killed.
