This was directed as National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (retired) Javed Iqbal held public complaints hearing (open kutchery) on Thursday. During the session, he reiterated his resolve of not sparing the corrupt, dragging them in the dock and depositing the looted money into national exchequer.

The NAB chief also assured complainants that their corruption-related complaints will be resolved as per NAB law since he firmly believes in across-the-board-accountability. He further said that he was committed to implementing the principles of ‘accountability for all’ without any pressure or influence.
Justice Iqbal patiently listened to public complaints and issued on-the-spot orders for resolving their complaints as per law.
The NAB chief has previously announced plans to hear complaints of the public relating to corruption and corrupt practices at the NAB Headquarters on the last Thursday of every month. He heard complaints of people from all parts of the country and tried to resolve their problems as per law.

After hearing public complaints, he directed director generals of all regional bureaus to listen to public complaints relating to corruption and corrupt practices at their respective regional bureaus on the last Thursday of every month between 2pm to 4pm so that complaints which fall under their jurisdiction can be addressed as per law. The NAB chief urged complainants to bring complete applications and documenters relating to corruption along with their computerised national identity cards.
