One dead, two injured as doctor rams her car into Sheikhupura hospital's ICU

The doctor lost control of her car and drove it into the ICU of the DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura

A woman was killed and two others were injured when a female doctor rammed her car into the intensive care unit (ICU) of the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Sheikhupura in Punjab on Saturday.

The incident took place after Dr Ayesha Ibrahim lost control of her car and drove it into the hospital’s ICU, Express News reported.

A female staffer at the ICU was killed in the accident and two others were injured.

Taking notice of the incident, Sheikhupura Deputy Commissioner Arqam Tariq formed a four-member committee to investigate it further.
