HYDERABAD:
Protests were held against the decision to make birth certificates compulsory for government school admissions, outside the Hyderabad Press Club on Thursday.
Protesters, including children, disapproved of the policy prepared by the Sindh education department. They complained that because of this requirement, thousands of children will be deprived of getting an education.
